TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read before commissioning!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms listed below.

  • I will start on commission once the payment is made (I will contact you if I had started or if there is a commission b4 you)

  • Payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. No refunds once sketch is approved.

  • PayPal, Kofi or GCash only

  • Single point of contact only. I communicate and accept revision requests exclusively from the person who commissioned and paid for the piece.

  • Visual references required.

  • Client shall not use ANY commissioned art to feed into AI under ANY circumstances.

  • No AI / Data Use. Commissioned work will not be used to train AI models. Clients may not input my work into AI generation tools.

  • Only one character per commission

  • You have the right to use the illustration for Personal Use

  • I retain all rights to the artwork unless commercial use is purchased. Personal use only for standard commissions.

  • I, the artist, retains the right to decline or cancel any commission. Cancellation by the artist will result in a full refund of any payments made.

  • All communication, revision requests, and approvals must come directly from the commissioner (the person who submits payment).

  • Digital artworks will be delivered via email, file-sharing, or an agreed platform.

  • DO NOT CLAIM the artwork I produced is made by you.

  • Please credit me (@sky_ kurosaki36 on Twitter / @Sky_ Kurosaki on Instagram) when posting on Social Media

  • These terms apply to all commissioned artworks, digital or traditional, unless otherwise stated.

  • A bit of of blood (Like Yandere theme)

What I don't do: (Sorry!)

  • Detailed Weapons

  • NSFW / Fetish

  • Mecha

  • Background

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONRefunds are only available if the artist cancels the project or cannot complete it.
If the client cancels after work has begun, no refund will be issued for the amount already paid.
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive days during the commission process (failing to approve sketches or respond to questions), the commission may be placed on hold or cancelled at the artist's discretion with no refund for work completed.AI and Data UseThe client may not use the commissioned artwork to train AI models, nor input it into any AI generation, editing, or upscaling tools. Watermarked WIPs and unfinished work may not be edited, completed, or altered by third parties or AI tools under any circumstances.USAGE RIGHTSThe commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased separately.
The artist retains copyright and may post the artwork on their portfolio, website, or social media, unless the client requests otherwise (additional fee may apply).
The client may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
